Next to our in-person HMP, we are also offering a virtual version that consists of online training, featuring content based on experience level, market segment, and hotel brand. You'll join fellow hoteliers as you explore topics such as Revenue Management, Operations, Sales, Wyndham Rewards, Guest Experience, etc. Coursework will be delivered through a mix of self-paced eLearning, live webinars (registration required), videos, and downloadable materials.

When registering to the vHMP I was not sure what to expect, especially knowing that this course is usually delivered face-to-face in a training environment where all participates get together in one location. I was positively surprised by how engaging and interactive the sessions were.
